2 weeks into the HCG diet & drops program and 11kg have gone missing. Don’t worry, I’m not looking for them. If you find them please feel free to keep them.

The incessant hunger pangs have finally subsided but I could kill for a latte, oh and some cream to go with my strawberries!
I must admit I was sceptical at first but the proof is in the pudding. 11kg is a pretty good effort and has rejuvenated my desire to get to the finish line. It has proven to me that this is actually possible. Weight can be lost. Sure its not easy going without cappuccinos, flavoured milk, melted cheese, toast, sugar, mashed potato, bananas, tomato sauce, porridge, ice cream, vegemite, chips, chorizo sausages, mayonnaise, eggs, bacon, hash browns, beetroot, spring onions, soft drink, juice, pizza, biscuits and dip, cheese and kabana on Jatz, meat pies, sausage rolls and pasta but the end justifies the means.
One positive though, the fridge is always full of cold water and the kids are drinking it like its going out of fashion. Just had to pour the water out of the 2 litre container and put it into smaller 600ml bottles and hey presto, they drink it like crazy.
So far so good, will report again in a few more weeks and hope the news is still as positive.
