• Why am I so hungry?

    You should not be hungry on our program. Ring or email if the following tips do not solve the problem.

     Are you eating a total of 500 calories per day? Make sure you increase your vegetable portions accordingly to make up your daily allocation of 500 calories.

    Are you making sure that you do not eat or drink 15-20 minutes either side of the drops?

    Did you load adequately (Loading is a very important step in the program)?

    Have you been taking any oil based vitamins or supplements (eg. Krill oil, Vitamin E)?

    Are you doing strenuous exercise? The program is designed to incorporate light exercise eg. Walking, yoga (not Bikram), Pilates.
