Ingredients
- 180g mushrooms
- ½ cup water
- Stock cube
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- Slice mushrooms
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan
- Bring to boil
- Simmer uncovered on a low heat until liquid reduces, and mushrooms are soft
