CURRY PRAWNS (VLCD)
Ingredients
- 100g prawn meat (head and tail removed)
- ½ tsp garlic paste (2 cloves minced)
- ⅛ cup water
- ½ tsp curry powder
- ¼ tsp cumin
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preheat frypan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and cook until translucent (5-10 mins).
- Add prawn meat, seasonings, and water.
- Mix & stir fry until cooked through (2-3 mins).
